Your word expreses you

The word spoken out of your mouth is a reflection of how others relate with you, speaking rightly is the goal to achieving a positive feedback. Is better to remain silent and dumb than to utters words that produces negative feedback, and difficult to reverse. 

Our mind play a great role in our lives and it need to be given a keen attention. All you will ever become and what you have become is determined by the mind, it therefore means that our mind play a major role in our live. Let us take some time to learn about the mind, because it is the driver seat of man.

The mind originate from the soul, in fact it's one of the part of the soul. It determine your past, present and future, it is the center for reasoning, it also makes it decisions from the five senses, it depends on them to make it decision. Your mind constantly need to be worked on to reason properly, because it tend to act in relation to what it sees, hears, feel, taste, and smells. It also function in relation with the other part of the soul which are, your will and emotion. Your will is dependent on the mind to act or make it decision. It therefore mean when the mind is not pure what comes out of you will be unclean, for the mind to be clean it means it will have to go through a filtering process to select what is pure from impure ones. Doing this will tend to be difficult. It therefore means that help is need to live a pure life because the heart of man of man is desperately wicked, that is the Bible description of the mind.

How can my mind live pure?

I think this should be the next question that will be in your mind right now. You need to be born again to live a pure life, you will need Jesus if you haven't done so. Once you are born again, your spirit man which was once dead, inactive comes alive. Once your spirit man is alive, you will need to nurture it to become mature, you can achieve this by constant meditation on God's word. Just like the way you eat your food on a daily basis same you will need to read and meditate on God's word. The more you do this the more you begin to experience change on your inside, this will affect your reasoning, how you act and relate with others. At this point God himself now resides within you, because you gave him access into your life. You are automatically his son. Your spirit man becomes in charge of your entire being, your mind get recreated and begins to reason in line with your spirit.

Romans 8:1 KJV

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 

You will now begins to function from the realm of God himself Because You are now  dead to sin. 

Romans 8:10-11 KJV

And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. [11] But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken d your mortal bodies by e his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

You now have to pay attention to what you watch or see with your eyes, conversation you associate with. Now you also have now become a channel of change to lives out there.

What thing should I constantly meditate on? 

Philippians 4:8 KJV

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any  praise, think on these things.

If you want to become born again, and receive Jesus Christ as your lord and savoir, just say this simple prayer after me.

Thank you lord for this opportunity you have granted to me to know you as my lord and savoir, come into my live and become my lord and savoir, I declare that from this moment and yours. Thank you for making me your son today.
