Dreams Curiosity

What are dreams? How do dreams came about, what do human dream about? Are my dreams significant to my life? What about animals do they also dream while sleeping? I don't know if any person has this same questions in mind.

I ask my little boy one day about his dreams, what he told me sounds ridiculous, I laughed, as the young man narrated his dream. His dreams were presented according to his age. I concluded that dreams has to do with different mind levels or level of reasoning. The kind of dreams a child will experience is different from that of an adult.

What Are dreams

A dream is a collection of emotional behaviors, images, ideas, and fascinating sensation that usually occur unknowly in our minds while sleeping. They can be entertaining, fun, romantic, disturbing, frightening, and sometimes. bizarre Humans spend about two hours dreaming per night, and each dream lasts around 5 to 20 minutes, although the dreamer may perceive the dream as being much longer than this. A blind person dreams more when compared to sighted people. majority of our dreams are strange because the part of the brain responsible for senses relaxes or inactive during sleep. most of our dreams are day to day experience, our state of mind determines the kind of dreams we will experience, happy mind, sweet dreams.
Our posture or position while sleeping often determine the kind of dreams we will have. I have experience this myself. I have found myself being chased in the dreams or loosing a fight due to my body position. this usually occurs when I  told my legs. and when my legs are straighten I find myself on the winning side. This is a personal experience anyway.
